Cancellation Policy

At Revolve Massage Therapy our mission is to help as many people as possible. We understand that life can cause you to need to cancel or change your appointment, but please help us by providing at least 48 hours notice so the appointment can be made available to other patients.

At the therapist's discretion, a fee or full cost of the appointment may be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given to move or cancel an appointment. Repeated occurrences may incur payment to be made in advance of the next treatment.

Payment

All treatments must be paid for in full before or at the end of each appointment by cash or card. We accept all major card types including American Express, Google, Apple and Samsung Pay.

Alternatively, secure payment links can be issued prior to the appointment to allow you to pay online or via bank transfer.

Copy invoices can be provided post treatment on request.

Our remedial massage treatments are recognised by some occupational health plans and evidence of treatment can be provided on request.
